Start with sunscreen SPF 15. If this is your first time to the beach, start with SPF 30. Your best prices for Beach items, is the ABC Store, Wal-Mart, K-mart, Costco or Longs Drug Store. The sun can be very dangerous, it is best to stay in the shade the first few days of your visit. If you go out for a boat ride, the sun can be twice as dangerous, because it reflects off the water. The bottom line is: RESPECT THE SUN.
