The surf X-change is a FREE exchange program for surfers. The idea is simple: The surf-x-change gives you the opportunity to meet other surfers which want to go on surftrips. Once you have found someone willing to surf in your area and living somewhere where you'd like to go, you can arrange to spend some time at his place and then he'll spend some time at yours. The surf-X-change ....the new wave of surftrips.
