- Zihua Software, LLC, located in Rockport, Massachusetts, developed Tide Guide, its first tide prediction program, in 1986. Thanks to suggestions from our loyal customers over the years, we made substantial improvements to the software, which evolved into a more comprehensive program called Harbor Master. Our latest version, Harbor Master 5.3, includes many of the features users have requested over the years, and now offers ten years of data and includes tide and current locations throughout North America.
