Ferries started out with two ships, two terminals, and around
200 employees. Fast-forward to today and BC Ferries now has 40
vessels, and up to 46 destinations. Schedules include frequent,

responsible for maintaining 7,000 miles of highways and 3,300
bridges and tunnels, including the longest and widest of the world's

with Amtrak in providing the Amtrak Cascades passenger rail service
