- Take a stroll to the Le Chateau Frontenac Hotel. Go out on
the Boardwalk and take the "Incline" down to the shopping area
below. Walk over to the river where the tourist boats are. Just
north of this area is the Quebec Farmers market. It is a delight
to see. Lots of local color. In season fruits, veggies, flowers,
syrup and much more. You can enjoy a nice lunch at several of
the small eating booths. During the summer try the ice cream
with fresh strawberries. It is to die for. If you have not visited
the Train Station, you can continue your walk north. It is only
a few blocks further and worth the visit.
