- The Safe Trip Campaign is an effort by the State Attorneys General
and
State Consumer Protection Agencies to educate the driving public
about the
simple steps they can take to keep themselves and their families
safe this
summer by practicing proper tire safety. You'll find more information
about
the importance of proper tire inflation, the effect of the heat
on your
tires, and the need to avoid overloading your car. You'll also
find links
to other resources where you can learn more about tire and auto
safety. So
as you hit the road, remember: Take Care of Your Tires - They
Take Care of You.
